Effective training remains paramount however we are also conscious to ensure the most cost effective method of training is adopted.

We are keen to ensure you are involved as much during the design and build of your website therefore we typically carried out Web-Ex / screen sharing training during the development phase of the project and then train the trainer classroom training once we reach the appropriate time.  

That is then followed up by classroom training (if appropriate) towards the end of the project when we carry out ‘train the trainer’ training with Session Plans and User Guides.
 
We have been working with Drupal since 2007, building hundreds of sites and supporting thousands of users. Once a site moves into support our dedicated support team are on hand to supply day to day user support for you.

During our training sessions we provide an overview of the websites’ content management system, which will typically cover how to add, edit and delete content, and also users, etc. with the aim being to introduce and familiarise you with the interfaces available for these tasks.

Our systems have a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) editor, and a brief overview of the functions available (such as embedding an image or how to link to internal or external page) are covered.  We also cover some recommended practices such as username and password choices, having a user account per administrator, SEO optimisation etc.
