Exhibitors ranged from high-tech camera distributors and Cloud Native platform creators to AI innovators and audio experts. We also saw major companies like Skype and Dell, who held informational conferences that provided strong insight into creating quality online content. Throughout the day, dozens of other media industry leaders hosted panels that shed light on how to improve and enhance a company’s impact in the industry of online media production.
We got the chance to see these panels ourselves by spending time at the Business of Production Stage, listening to commissioning editors talk about new trends in TV and hearing about how our emotional reactions control our decision making process more than we realise in a seminar on neuro-creativity.
We also got to hear about fascinating new developments in OTT in the Techflow area and listened to representatives from niche online video channels comparing the development of TV to the big players in OTT. Through their discussion on the transition from conventional TV to online streaming platforms, we were able to better understand the changing world of media consumption and how OTT continues to grow.
It was great to catch up on industry trends and interact with the innovators who are reshaping the industry of media production.
